The Lodge at Riverstone Opening in September

Madera, CA - The new 2,000-acre Riverstone is a master-planned community where Valley homebuyers can “Look Forward to Life”. Everyone is invited to enjoy an exciting first glimpse of it during the debut of The Lodge—Riverstone’s first community clubhouse. The Lodge Grand Opening celebration, which promises to be fun for the entire family, is scheduled for September 16th and 17th from 12 to 4 pm on both days.

The expansive exterior grounds of The Lodge provide an array of amenities, including comfortable gathering places, two swimming pools, and an outdoor bar with firepits.

Construction is nearly complete on The Lodge, Riverstone’s first community clubhouse. A resort-style amenity with many offerings, The Lodge is anticipated to open this September.

During the two-day Grand Opening celebration, the general public is invited to enjoy free food and refreshments, music, and the chance to win great prizes. Visitors will also be able to take a tour of The Lodge and get an inside look at its many family-oriented amenities—including a resort-style pool, advanced fitness center, demonstration kitchen, Gear Barn outfitter’s cabin, and much more. Situated in the heart of Riverstone’s inaugural neighborhood—called the Lodge District—The Lodge is a creatively designed, resort-style community clubhouse with a distinctive contemporary-meets-agrarian architectural style.

“The Lodge expresses a vernacular we call ‘deconstructed agrarian industrialism’,” said architect Todd Larner of William Hezmalhalch Architects, Riverstone’s land-planning and architectural firm. “Although it’s brand-new, it will feel as though it’s been here forever—much like a timeless, historic mountain lodge that’s been converted exclusively for the enjoyment of Riverstone residents.”

The new family-friendly amenity will join the other completed amenities of the Lodge District, which include two community parks and a number of hiking and biking trails. Collections of stylish, innovative new homes from McCaffrey Homes and Lennar Homes are now selling.  The Lodge District’s first home-buying families started moving into their new homes in late June.
