Final Day for The Lodge at Riverstone Grand Opening
September 17, 2017
Madera, CA - Today is the last day of the Grand Opening celebration for The Lodge at Riverstone, the brand-new and creatively designed first clubhouse of the 2,000-acre Riverstone master-planned community in Madera County just north of Fresno. Today’s Grand Opening festivities, which promise to be fun for the entire family, will take place from 12 noon to 4 pm. To reach Riverstone from Fresno, go north on Highway 41, turn left at Avenue 12 and follow the signs.
During today’s Lodge Grand Opening celebration, the general public is invited to enjoy free food and refreshments. Visitors will also be able to take a tour of The Lodge and get an inside look at its many family-oriented offerings—which include a resort-style pool, advanced fitness center, demonstration kitchen, Gear Barn outfitter’s cabin, and much more. The Lodge will also be open for viewing nearly every day of the week following today’s Grand Opening event. To schedule a tour, please call 559-785-1200.
“We couldn’t be more proud to open the doors of this truly one-of-a-kind, family-oriented amenity,” said Riverstone’s Tim Jones. “With today being the last day of The Lodge’s Grand Opening celebration, I hope everyone will come pay us a visit to tour The Lodge—and to also get a firsthand look at the surrounding new homes for sale and some of the other brand-new amenities of our inaugural Lodge District neighborhood.”
The Lodge at Riverstone is the centerpiece of the Lodge District, which includes two community parks and a number of hiking and biking trails. Collections of stylish, innovative new homes from McCaffrey Homes and Lennar Homes are now selling. The Lodge District’s first home-buying families started moving into their new homes in late June. The Lodge District will also feature an upcoming elementary school belonging to the award-winning Golden Valley Unified School District.
Expressing a distinctive, contemporary architectural style the architect calls ‘deconstructed agrarian industrialism’, The Lodge at Riverstone features open, exposed beams, grand windows for inspired views, and authentic building materials that are permanent and lasting.
Within the expansive interior spaces, residents are free to enjoy an array of exceptional amenities including a Great Room and flexible gathering places with WiFi, and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center with advanced exercise equipment. Just outside, The Lodge features a resort-style pool and spa with poolside cabanas, a children’s pool, an outdoor bar with firepit conversation areas, a community garden and a Gear Barn outfitter’s cabin featuring a variety of gear available for homeowners’ on- and off-site adventures. In addition, a Concierge is stationed in The Lodge to plan community-wide events and smaller gatherings.
Situated in the heart of the region’s path of growth, Riverstone—when complete—will total approximately 6,578 single-family, attached and multi-family homes, as well as commercial and mixed-use space including office, service and retail. Amenities at Riverstone are anticipated to include walkable neighborhoods, parks and open space, multiple community clubhouses, hiking and biking trails, a dog park, a community farm, historic olive and citrus groves, a sustainable water supply, and a number of on-site schools.
For more information about the new-home community of Riverstone and its collections of new homes from McCaffrey Homes, Lennar Homes and D.R. Horton, homebuyers are encouraged to visit the community’s website at www.RiverstoneCA.com and add their name to the Interest List.
The freshwater lake eight miles from Riverstone is full of fish and ready. There’s also Millerton Lake, just 13 miles away. Happy angling!
