The Lodge at Riverstone will be a Family Favorite

The Lodge at Riverstone is a resort-style community clubhouse unlike any other. “We call the architectural vernacular ‘deconstructed agrarian industrialism’,” said architect Todd Larner. “The venue will have open, exposed beams, grand windows for inspired views, and authentic building materials that are permanent and lasting. Although The Lodge is brand-new, it will feel as though it’s been here forever—much like a timeless, historic mountain lodge that’s been converted exclusively for the enjoyment of Riverstone residents.”

Within The Lodge’s expansive interior spaces, residents are free to enjoy an array of exceptional amenities including a Great Room and flexible gathering places with WiFi, and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center with advanced exercise equipment.

Situated in the heart of the region’s path of growth, the master-planned community of Riverstone—when complete—will total approximately 6,578 single-family, attached and multi-family homes, as well as commercial and mixed-use space including office, service and retail.
