Lennar Homes at Riverstone Set For a Spring Debut

Epiphany: Lennar’s Epiphany is one of two Next Gen^® The Home Within A Home^® floor plans slated for Riverstone in Madera. This floor plan features a main home and a private suite with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area and private entrance.

Lexington: A neighborly front porch and a three-bay garage are signature elements of the exterior of Lennar’s Lexington floorplan. This is one of six that Lennar will build at Riverstone in Madera.

Just outside will be a resort-style pool and spa with poolside cabanas, a Children’s Pool, an outdoor bar with firepit conversation areas, a demonstration kitchen and community garden, as well as the Gear Barn, an outfitters cabin. The Grand Opening of The Lodge at Riverstone is planned for Spring 2017.
